Tim Kennelly, Principal Solicitor
Having qualified with McCormack Solicitors in Newbridge, Tim set up the firm Tim Kennelly Solicitors in 2012.
Primarily specialising in Criminal Defence law, Tim has built up one of the largest practices in the Country, appearing before District, Circuit, Central and High Courts. He has represented a number of accused persons in high profile criminal cases and has consistently ranked as one of the top criminal legal aid earners in Ireland, for his defence work in the Courts.
Over the years Tim also built up a significant Civil Law practice, specifically personal injuries litigation.
Chloe Donegan, Solicitor
Having completed her training in Tim Kennelly Solicitor's, Chloe has continued her legal career and development with the firm ever since. Chloe is committed to providing excellent customer service and has extensive knowledge in the areas of Criminal, Family and Civil Law. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2023.
Chloe help's manage the firm's extensive legal aid practice and is an experienced advocate.
She has a wide range of expertise in Garda Station representation and is ready to assist you with personalised and compassionate legal services, with the results and trust that the firm is dedicated to.
